Dance Class Rules to follow

  • The minimum age to begin dance lessons is 4-years old.

  • Parents are not allowed in classes unless requested by the instructor or to video tape during the last 10 minutes of class.

  • Parents and students can video tape STUDENTS to support learning.

  • Please do not chew gum, eat or drink during class, other than drinking water.

  • Hair must be tied back away from the face (no bangs covering the face).

  • All students must wear the dance uniform with jewells (neckless, earring, and bangles)

  • It is important for the instructor to see the students’ feet while dancing.

  • Make sure to practice and do your home work prior to each class

  • Keep your dance class clean and tidy (for example garbage must go into the garbage bin)

  • Any questions or concerns must be discussed with me directly outside of regular class time.

  • Each student is expected to perform well in all classes and programs.

  • Students are not allowed to participate in any program if they are not ready due to lack of practice.  This is necessary for not to compromise the quality of the program and to be fair for those students putting their time and effort. Warning will not be given each and every time and it generally applies to all future performances.

  • Parents are encouraged to discuss with me ahead of time if there is plan to miss the dance class.
Please inform me @ my E-mail.

(These are just a few standards that must be followed

for dance classes and performances)

Rules are made to be followed, not broken

Where the Hands go, the Eyes should follow
Where the Eyes go, the Mind should follow
Where the Mind goes, the Emotions are generated

Where the Emotions are generated, Sentiment arises

"Yatho Hastato Dhrishtihi,

Yatho Dhrishtisto Manaha,

Yatho Manatato Bhavaha,

Yatho Bhavastato Rasaha"
